  • Deploy malware or other harmful software
  • Access protected areas without authorization
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or similar

Use of Information

Content from third parties (e.g. blog posts, user submissions) reflects their own views and not those of the Foundation.

Additional Services and Purchases

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radium, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Websites or breach of these Terms.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Websites are governed by Unitied States law.

Legal proceedings must be initiated in the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico. We reserve the right to take action in your local jurisdiction as necessary.

Severability and Waivers

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific terms, represent the entire agreement between you and Radium regarding use of the Websites.
