Staging network applications are now open!

Application Form

Incentivized onboarding for 200 capable operators. Please read carefully and complete all required fields.

Read First

  • Users may operate as many nodes as they are willing to pay for, provided they meet all requirements.
  • A maximum of 8 nodes per datacenter in total is permitted across the entire network (not per participant). Participants must check the network map on the dashboard to determine which datacenters are at capacity and must geographically distribute additional nodes across multiple datacenters.
  • The genesis block will allocate 10% of all initial supply to staging network public keys.
  • Identity keys used during staging network participation are one-for-one tied to reward portions and will be minted directly in the genesis block.
  • Participants must protect their staging network keys. If a key is compromised it must be destroyed and will not be honored for rewards.
  • Rewards are determined by the leader schedules of each epoch and the ledger delegation entries. Each epoch will have a snapshot taken at a random point in time.
  • The combined snapshots will serve as cryptographic proof of participation. Any disputes must be resolved with cryptographic proof.
  • Proof of ownership of keys may be requested at any time.
  • All automated node‑generated ledger snapshots will be retained, ensuring the network can be restored to any state in time with an accuracy of approximately four hours.
  • Rewards are performance-based and contingent on meeting requirements and submitting telemetry where requested.

By applying, you agree to respectful conduct, responsible disclosure, and following maintainer guidance during incidents.

Reward Structure

The staging network reward allocation is designed to be no-nonsense and fully cryptographically verifiable:

  • Users may operate as many nodes as they are willing to pay for, provided they meet all requirements.
  • A maximum of 8 nodes per datacenter in total is permitted across the entire network (not per participant). Participants must check the network map on the dashboard to determine which datacenters are at capacity and must geographically distribute additional nodes across multiple datacenters.
  • The genesis block will allocate 10% of all initial supply to staging network public keys.
  • Identity keys used during staging network participation are one-for-one tied to reward portions and will be minted directly in the production genesis block.
  • Participants must protect their staging network private keys and seed phrases.
  • Rewards are determined by the leader schedules of each epoch and the ledger delegation entries. Each epoch will have a snapshot taken at a random point in time.
  • The combined snapshots will serve as cryptographic proof of participation. Any disputes must be resolved only with cryptographic proof.
  • Proof of ownership of keys may be requested at any time.
  • All automated node-generated ledger snapshots will be retained. The network can be restored to any approximate four-hour period and the full state — including delegations, leader faults, and uptime — can be examined. There is no room for manipulation or complaints.
  • Rewards are distributed in the genesis block strictly from cryptographic proofs. A node joining for only one epoch and disputing rewards will not be considered. Participants only receive rewards for every 8 consecutive epochs of participation, cryptographically verified.
  • If the network must start a new genesis for any reason, previous genesis epochs will still apply to the new genesis epochs.
  • All participants must agree to retain automated network snapshots by downloading them from their server at least once per epoch.

How Rewards Are Proven

  • Epochs as Proof: Each epoch lasts 72 hours and serves as a cryptographic record of participation, uptime, and faults.
  • Leader Schedules: Provide immutable proof of which node identities were active during each epoch.
  • Delegation State: Records leader uptime and faults, including evictions for too many faults.
  • Tracking Identities: Leader schedules and delegation states together allow tracking of every identity across epochs.
  • Genesis Allocation: At staging network conclusion, proven identities are entered into the production genesis block. Each identity receives a mint transaction representing its share.
  • Fair Distribution: All valid identities receive identical credits. Reward per identity = 10% / total number of valid identities. One Radium credit equals one Radium credit.

Credits received through the genesis allocation are not based on real money. They represent ownership shares of the production deployment. One Radium credit equals exactly one Radium credit.
